Service Description
A 2 hour workshop to try out and practice more complicated balances in a supportive small group environment with yoga teacher Emmalene, who will offer you individual support to get you balancing confidently in no time! The workshop includes: - Centering and breathwork - Tune your nervous system to minimise wobbles or worries - Headstand and arm balance practice with a variety of options - Tea and snacks If you've tried crow pose or headstand in class but want more time and support to get to grips with the balances, this workshop is for you! Yoga experience required. Not suitable for people with wrist, arm, shoulder or neck injuries or pregnant people.
