An all levels class combining meditation, breathwork, yoga movement and relaxation - with a celebratory edge! Offering you a free class as a thank you for 2 wonderful years of yoga in Alwoodley. Bring your friends and family, especially if they've always said they wanted to give yoga a go. You will leave feeling relaxed and uplifted. Mat hire available at no extra charge - just book on and ask on the night.
