Beginner's yoga is a small class designed to let you explore the foundations of a yoga practice in a relaxed and friendly environment with other beginners.
Emmalene will guide you through yoga practices from a number of different approaches to yoga, including hatha yoga, yin yoga, guided meditation, mindfulness and traditional breath practices.
You will have the opportunity to test out various yoga practices that you will find in other yoga classes, should you decide to take them in the future.
The class will run for 8 weeks. It's recommended to do the full 8 weeks if you can, in order to feel the full benefits of yoga practice. Discounts are available for block bookings.
