Yoga Nidra for Healing

Yoga Nidra is an ancient yogic practice that allows access to deep states of rest and calm, which are ideal for helping to heal both inside and out. Take this 45 minute practice to support your wellbeing.


Whilst I wrote this Yoga Nidra with the specific idea of healing and physical recovery in mind, it’s also a beneficial practice for emotional and energetic healing, or simply boosting your wellbeing.


During the practice I ask you to make your own Sankalpa, so choose an affirmation which makes most sense for where you find yourself.
