Meditation for balance, presence and focus

Sometimes, we just need to reconnect. Come back to ourselves, back to the present moment, back to who we really are.

January can be a particularly busy time of year when we feel greater expectations and demands on us. So if you want to take 10 minutes to reconnect, find more balance, presence and focus in your day, join me in this short meditation practice using just your breath and your senses.
